Emilio Canales opened Canales Quality Meats on April of 1992. He wanted to carry top quality meats at reasonable prices. Emilio started out with a few sausages, steaks and pork chops in the display cases. Over the years he has expanded to over 30 different beef cuts, over 20 pork cuts, 5 different lamb cuts, 15 different deli cold cuts and over 30 different sausages. 11 of those sausages are made here in the walk in cooler.
The sausages come from all parts of the United States, from San Francisco, Chicago, New Jersey and Baltimore.
The majority of the beef is choice grade with a few prime grade cuts. Natural grass fed beef is available. The beef is from the mid west and Canada.
The pork comes from all over the country, Virginia, Pennsylvania and the mid west.
The lamb is domestic and has never been frozen.
We make custom cuts and take special orders.
