· Fresh Sausages

Require full cooking. To cook, they are best grilled or sautéed over medium heat. Approximately 8 to 12 minutes cooking time.

How to cook the sausages on the grill without having the sausage stick or fall apart. First, sauté the sausages for 5 minutes or until firm on a skillet. Next, place them on the grill for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.

 

·  Smoked Sausages

They are already fully cooked and just need to be reheated. To reheat, they are best grilled or sautéed 6 to 8 minutes or until hot.

 

· Quick Sausage Meals

- Add to salads, pasta or rice

- Place them in skewers with vegetables

 

 

 

· Beef Steaks

New York Strip, Rib Eye, T-Bone, Porterhouse, Tenderloin, Sirloin, Flat Iron, Eye Round, Skirt, Flank, Hanger and Tri Tip Steaks

To cook, pre-heat grill or pan on medium-high temperature. Season the steaks with salt and pepper or your favorite seasoning blend. Depending on thickness, cook 4-8 minutes per side. Before serving, let the steak rest for a few minutes while the juice spreads throughout the steak. For the best tenderness do not overcook.
